A funny story on why kids need to stay away from junk food:
Froggy B and his Hungry Tummy
Froggy B loved sweet food, especially ice cream, candy and donuts. Each meal Froggy B would fill his tummy with dessert first and push the meat, vegetable, and milk aside.
“Mmm, Ice cream, yum, yum.”
“Your tummy won’t like it,” Mama warned Froggy B.
But Froggy B didn’t care. He kept on eating sweets only.
One night when Froggy B went to bed with his big tummy full of ice cream, candy and donuts, he heard a funny noise.
“Gulu Gulu Lum Lum!”
“Who’s there?” Froggy B asked. He looked around his room, but couldn’t find anything that made the noise.
“Gulu Gulu Lum Lum!” It was that noise again.
“Who’s there? Come on out, whoever you are!” Froggy B demanded.
“I’m your tummy. I don’t think you want me to come out. You need me to help you with the food you eat,” said a tiny voice.
“What are you complaining about? I am tired and I want to sleep,” said Froggy B impatiently.
“I am not happy. You always fill me with junk food. I need some meats, vegetables and milk,” said the tiny voice.
“You don’t tell me what to eat. You are my tummy. You should take what I eat. Now stop complaining. I need to sleep,” said Froggy B with a mean voice.
“Gulu Gulu Lum Lum!” the tummy was making that noise again.
“Hey! You be quiet, tummy! And don’t bother me again!” Froggy B turned to his side and fell into a deep sleep.
The tummy was now very upset. He was quiet for a while and then decided to run away. He slipped out of Froggy B’s body and disappeared into the dark.
Next morning, Froggy B did not notice anything unusual until he started his breakfast with a big ice cream corm. He ran straight to the bathroom after his very first bite of his ice cream.
“Are you alright?” asked Mama.
“I don’t know,” replied Froggy B as he climbed back onto his chair and continued to eat. But within a second, Froggy B ran straight back to the bathroom again after he took another bite of his ice cream.
“Is there something wrong?” Mama started to worry. “Is your tummy OK?”
Froggy B shook his head and said, “My tummy is gone. He ran away.” He told Mama what had happened last night.
“You need to go find your tummy,” said Mama.
“But how? Mama. I don’t know where my tummy is. Besides, he might not want to come back to me because he is upset with me.” Froggy B started to cry.
“Calm down, then think of what you should do to win your tummy back,” said Mama.
Froggy B took a deep breath, asked Mama to pack him some meats, vegetables, and a bottle of milk. He was determined to win his tummy back. Mama kissed him and told him to be careful on the road. Froggy B thanked Mama and then hit the road to find his tummy.
When he arrived to a river, Froggy B tested the water with his hand. The water was cold. But when he thought of his tummy, Froggy B jumped into the water without hesitation...
At the other side of the river, Mr. Duck was resting when all of a sudden, he was pushed out of the water.
“I am sitting on a frog?! I must be dreaming.” cracked the duck.
“Aaaa.. too heavy. Can't….handle…it…” Froggy B screamed and started to sink.
But then he was push out the water right away.
“Not again!” cried the duck as he sank down to the water with Froggy B again.
Finally, Froggy B got Mr. Duck out of his way. He asked, “Excuse me, Mr. Duck, have you seen my tummy?”
“I saw a very upset tummy. But I won’t tell a picky eater where he went,” said the duck.
“I am sorry. I promise from now on I will eat my meats, vegetables, and drink my milk everyday. Please tell me where my tummy went.” Froggy B begged.
“He just crossed the river into the forest,” replied the duck.
Froggy B thanked the duck, hurried cross the river into the forest.
The forest was dark and spooky. Froggy B carefully processed forward into the deep forest.
Froggy B screamed and ran when he saw a big spider.
But when he thought of his tummy, Froggy B carefully walked back into the forest. The big spider was still there blocking Froggy B’s way.
“Shuu, Shuu, go away, spider,” Froggy B shouted at the spider.
The spider did not move.
Froggy B picked up a stick from the ground and tried to tickle the spider. But it did not work either.
“How can I make the spider move out of my way?” Froggy B wondered.
He thought for a while, then asked, “Excuse me, Mr. spider, would you please move out of my way?”
The spider got out of Froggy B’s sight within a second.
Froggy B was relieved. He continued carefully process into the deep forest.
When he saw a bear, Froggy B asked, “Excuse me, Mr. Bear, have you seen my tummy?”
“I saw a very upset tummy. But I won’t tell a picky eater where he went,” said the bear.
“I am sorry. I promise from now on I will eat my meats, vegetables, and drink my milk everyday. Please tell me where my tummy went,” Froggy B begged.
“He just ran through the forest and up the big mountain,” said the bear.
Froggy B thanked the bear, hurried through the forest and up the big mountain. But there was still no sight of his tummy. Froggy B took a deep breath, called out loudly.
“Tummy, Tummy, where are you? I am sorry that I ignored you. Please come back to me and I will feed you with meats, veggies and milk.”
But there was no answer. Froggy B took another deep breath, called out as loud as he could.
“Tummy, Tummy, where are you? I am sorry that I ignored you. Please come back to me and I will feed you with meats, veggies and milk.”
But there was still no answer. Froggy B sighed.
“Wait a minute, maybe you can help me. Can you tell me if you see my tummy?”
“You see my tummy? Where?....Ah, there he is . Tummy, please come back to me.”
But his tummy shook his head.
“I am going to get you.” Froggy B ran to his tummy. His tummy kept running away from him.
“He doesn’t want to come back to me. What should I do?....Let me think….Oh, I know, I shall put my words into action. I need to start eating meats, veggies and drink milk now.”
So, Froggy B took out the food Mama had packed for him.
“Wait for me!” the tummy shouted and ran back into Froggy B’s body.
“Hee,Hee, Hee, that tickles,” Froggy B laughed.
Ever since then, Froggy B always eats meats, vegetables, and drinks milk. And that makes his tummy very, very happy.

Nice story. Voted up and interesting, hope you enjoy my hubs as well! Welcome to hubpages, glad to have ya here. Now as far as advice, I noticed I get much better results when I use more pics and separate main points in their own Capsules with titles. However, I'm sure you will do just fine.
Have you thought of turning this into a children's book? Good job. Voting this Up and Beautiful.
Adorable and a good lesson for children. I agree with alocsin, you've got a hit especially in this time of everyone looking to eat better and healthier! Voted up and useful.
